ForHearts Worldwide has teamed up with Nextdoor, the neighborhood app, and their new Sell for Good program. Sell for Good gives individuals in communities an easy way to help charities like ours. Neighbors list items to sell and then (when designated) Sell for Good donates the proceeds of those sales directly to us.
All you need to do is join Nextdoor and log in to start!
The Back Story
Earlier this month, PayPal announced a new partnership with Nextdoor, a neighborhood hub that allows people to communicate and connect with their neighbors and communities. In addition, Nextdoor launched a new platform called Sell For Good. Sell for Good gives ForHearts Worldwide supporters the ability to support our fundraising efforts by simply buying and selling items in Nextdoor’s For Sale and Free section.
Thanks to the Sell for Good platform, donations and contributions to ForHearts Worldwide can be made directly through Nextdoor. This support will go to our life-saving mission of providing implantable cardiac devices to those in need across the globe. At a time when virtual connections and support is more important than ever, Nextdoor and Sell for Good provide ForHearts Worldwide, and YOU, a way to instantly connect with others who are buying and selling items to support charities like ours.
How Does It Work?
Sellers post items for sale and select the option to donate proceeds to a charity of their choice through the PayPal Giving Fund. When posting an item, be sure to select ForHearts Worldwide!
Buyers will see an emblem next to your listings, letting them know that proceeds of the sale will go to the charity identified. PayPal forwards those donated funds, without a fee, and, when identified as the charity of choice, ForHearts Worldwide then receives the funds in our Account!

All you need to do is start selling your items on Nextdoor! List your items to sell, indicate Heartbeat International as your charity of choice, and proceed from your sales will support ForHearts Worldwide!
