FORHEARTS CELEBRATES THE LAUNCH OF A BRAND-NEW WEBSITE

Tampa non-profit launches newly designed, state-of-the-art website

Tampa, FL, November 18th, 2019 – ForHearts Worldwide (FHW), a non-profit based in Tampa, celebrates the launch of a newly designed, mobile-friendly, fast-loading website to showcase its humanitarian efforts across the globe. ForHearts Worldwide is a charity that provides life-saving cardiac implantable devices to the impoverished in developing countries.

“Our team has spent the last 35 years endeavoring to change the world,” says Laura DeLise, Executive Director of FHW.

The launch comes at a particularly exciting time as the charity has launched its #GivingTuesday and end of the year fundraising campaigns, the busiest fundraising season of the year.

“While we’ve worked hard on the ground to help others, we knew that we needed to help ourselves – with our website, says Mrs. DeLise. “We are pleased to announce our brand-new, state-of-the-art website that offers our visitors an improved user experience through and through.”

Designed using the latest and best practices in web technology, the new website better presents the ForHearts story and passion for saving lives. New pages beautifully showcase FHW’s global Heart Centers,  whose volunteer doctors serve some of the world’s poorest families as well as provides real-life patient success stories.

Other website features include:

  • Better online visibility
  • Search engine optimization
  • Responsive design
  • Secure payment processing for mobile & desktop devices

Led by Dr. Benedict S. Maniscalco, a Tampa cardiologist, the charity has saved the lives of women, men, and children through its global network of volunteer doctors, device sponsors such as BIOTRONIK and Boston Scientific, as well as the generosity of philanthropists in Tampa and around the globe who have donated funds to support the cause.
